If an order is cancelled after payment has been made to IncGateway® and after the formation or registration documents are created, IncGateway® will refund the total amount of the order less a $50 USD (Fifty Dollar) processing fee provided that the formation document is not already filed with the applicable state or federal agency. A $25 fee will be added to all checks returned to IncGateway® due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts. In addition, a bank service fee will be charged on these checks.
